I'm not sure if it's normal that needles are forgotten in you after your appointment or not, maybe just had on off day. On top of everything I'm dealing with now, really could have done without the soreness in my collarbone after the two needles were forgotten. Going forward the owner of the business should make their practitioners a client sheet that indicates number of needles put in so their staff don't have to deal with off days, forgetfulness, or heavy patient traffic mistakes. I mean just go old school and use an abacus even . Three stars, as my first appointment seemed top notch!

Very professional. Sabrina listened well and understood the issue and gave a clear plan for treatment. Also I immediately felt hope that there was a solution.

The space is clean and calm, staff are very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, Angelina did a marvellous job of treating my shoulder injury. The acupuncture worked wonders. Thanks so much!!

I have been for acupuncture for anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic neck and shoulder pain and always feel such relief! The staff are friendly and I always feel like my concerns are heard.
