Mike, Gord, Russ and Scott were great to work with in getting a new furnace (through mb hydro program) ordered and installed. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would and did the work needed, answering any questions and concerns I had along the way. If youre in the north end area and dont have a high efficiency furnace already, its worth calling them to see if you qualify for a new furnace. Service: Heating system installation

Let me share my cautionary story with on time. I called Mike about having a condensation pump replaced, he gave me a few tips to try, called back said that did not fix my issue.Was quoted 150-200 for the work. So made an appointment to have the tech come over. he was done in about 15-20 min. Now as he was writing the bill I asked if there was any type of warranty he said he did not know maybe a year???hand's me the bill for $472.76, I was like was told it would be between 150-200, His answer was like Ya IDK maybe for the part sorry. let me break down the bill service call $89 labour $129 Little Giant pump $205 yes $205 a quick google search shows the part is only $69-100. I tired to call back and Mike was away from his desk (of course)To put this in context my buddy had the same work done by a competitor last month, his bill came to $250 and include a furnace tune up. I know it was simple job but i figured for $200 I would let a pro do it, the guy said himself this will be the easiest job of the day. I am not sure what changed with this company since I had my furnace installed (they were great) maybe the pandemic inflation IDK, I used to recommend them to family and friends.Maybe they are still good and I just got a raw deal. But after this experience I will be going to others for recommendations on any future HVAC needs

I have relied on the On Time Group for a variety of services through the years so they were an obvious choice when I wanted to do a complete kitchen renovation.
