5 Star Furnace & Duct Cleaning

Originally I was very satisfied with service. Moved into new home and wanted the vents cleaned before moving in. Left a 5* review. Returning to update : Months later, I found out that some of the vents were closed when the cleaning was done. This meant that not every air - way was cleaned. I now have months/years of old hair / dust blowing out my vents because they weren't all cleaned. Not sure why they didn't verify the vents were open when they cleaned them. Ultimately the job wasn't completed, or wasn't done well. There was dirty vent before they came, and dirty vent when they left. Can't blame the new guy either. Randy was on site.

Bad review, bad review, bad review, I made an appointment to air duct cleaning almost one month in advance, but I waited at home for a day and no one came, and there was no notification, and no one listened to the call. If you want to air duct cleaning in their company, please be mentally prepared. Possibly wasting time at home.

I was very impressed with how thorough this company was and the quality service they provided. They went above and beyond what they said they would do for the duct/ vent cleaning. I found both Randy and Jacob very professional and wanting to do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Excellent service and equipment. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They cleaned my HVAC system and dryer duct.
