Great place to live, we really enjoy our time there. Apartments are beautiful, very bright and open, the management is excellent, Eveline was always very helpful and nice. All the maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing, they are very friendly and do a great job.

My husband and I visited the Arts Residences earlier today. It is amazing, since we arrived we loved this place, the lobby is modern and it has different common amenities. the apartment has a beautiful view and the kitchen and living room are spacious. Danielle is so kind, she showed us the apartment and all its different benefits. Hopefully, we are going to move in to this amazing place.

Ive been living at this building for a while, and believe its one of the nicest newly renovated apartments in downtown Winnipeg. Theyve upped the security measures quite a bit and now its quite secure. Eveline was very helpful with always answering our calls and resolving concerns we had! The lobby, gym, and party room are always in great shape and are pretty cool to access. The cleanliness of the property is also amazing. Cecil is one of the friendliest staff and always puts a smile on our face when she passes by!

My experience in The Arts Residences was amazing, the apartments we visited are very big, comfortable and complete, it have a great view of the Downtown, have a lot of amenities included, a big gym and the tour given by Danielle Jones was the best!
