Awful trying to get a hold of any management. Phone rings, goes straight to the client care line. Noisy neighbors continuously get away with being loud and nothing gets done about it. Nothing. You just have to stay trapped in a nightmare if you happen to get obnoxious neighbors. BTW - I LOVE Penny. She is amazing. I just haven't been able to get a hold of her in months and I've just given up on trying.

This is the 2nd in 6 months and I hope last time because i am done with you guys , i am getting bothered with the beep beep noise inside my house due to your faulty fire alarm , last time it was the building's alarm , and when i call you guys up for solution, christine hang up my call twice and was so rude on call , as if i am not paying rent to you , to your information you are charging the highest ....and if something is bothering me , and i need a solution on the next day , i dont care whether its weekend or holiday.Are you are not charging me rent for the weekends ?????? Seriously that so inhuman of you , this noise is making me insane already and you want me to live with it till monday ?.... like seriously?

If there is anything that needs to be fix , these peoples are not bothered to do , they just say the complaint has been registered, they dont respond it when you register a complaint.

PENNY the On Site Manager, is really extraordinary I have to say. Front Office and On Site Management are exceptional! The entire team of office and maintenance staff are so friendly and professional. Our AC unit was on the fritz and I was honestly not the most pleasant person to deal with. Penny went so above and beyond to follow up with her maintenance team and keep me up to date on the repairs. However, the most meaningful thing for us was how personally she cared about sorting things out. I'm sure I was a bit much calling and whining but she really did do everything possible for us, and never lost her patience with me. It really means a lot when you lease in a bigger property and have someone at the office that really cares about resolving an issue. Her professionalism and her kindness is really remarkable.
