We were forced to moved into a sublet a year ago and have had the worst experience in our life. When we first saw the sublet it looked decent. We decided to pay the damage deposit and first months rent with our application. when it was time for us to come sign the lease and move in we were told we had to wait another two weeks as the tenants needed more time to move out. When it was time to move in the manager stacy told us to go view the suit and come back with the inspection sheet Stacy did not want to come with us when we viewed the suit it was dirty the oven completely dirty the tub was stained. We mentioned it to stacy and decided we did not want the suit due to the dirtiness stacy threaten to keep our deposit first months rent as in our application we agreed to rent the sublet as sublets are as is how ever the suit was presented rom the last tenants. So we had no choice but to accept the apartment as is (holding damage deposits and first month rent ransom). The staff was rude unhelpful, water was shut off for two days plus an extra three days to get the hot water back on. No decrease in rent for power shut off or elevators shut down, unground parkcade has never been cleaned. There are two men that come to the building every few weeks and spray the hallways and under apartments doors with chemicals that causes us to get bad headaches and seriously sick with lung infection. We told front and they said chemicals are safe, gave us a dirty look and headed to the back door office and never came back out until we left. This is a health hazard and needs to be stopped. We move at end of month do not care for damage deposit any more. Corrupt management. Bad company, cleaners need to wash doors they are so dirty it feels so sticky its like double sided tape and never put sanitizers in containers, contractors destroying the corners of walls, something is always breaking down or power is always shutting off. We are done with Courts of St James Stay away!!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Please see the attached video for an idea what it is like livijg here. I wish I had 0 stars for them, worst management you can see in Canada which do not want to resolve your issues at all just want to make you listen and give you metaphors. Which will make anyone loose their temper at some point. Please teach your staff good communication skills to help the organization. So, no one ever have to face the same thing which many people already complained about in the past. Please check with your resident manager it was not about following the rules. Please check other reviews as I am not the only one who had problems with rude staff, most of the poor reviews says the same thing. Problems like:- Yellow water, power outage, maintaince issue, water leakage over head all the times in sub basement, even ground floor is flooded the whole week when I moved in, are not acceptable either but staff which don't have manners of communication with tenants should be resolved first. So, at least residents can communicate their problem. Thank you for making me realize that never let anyone took over your emotions by their words but by replying on review and trying to blame the situation on rules represents to me that management including (OWNER) DO NOT WANT betterment in their staff instead want a excuse to put it on. Which brings me back yo my first point " worst management you can see in Canada which do not want to resolve your issues at all just want to make you listen and give you metaphors". Kindly, be informed that I have paid for what I did. Check with your resident manager that from day 1, I have told her I have no problem following the rules or accepting the facts. Management can't digest their poor management individuals maybe because they're already at 2.8 Stars on Google and I just moved in 3 months ago and already had worst tenant and management experience of my lifetime. Attached video is an example of how they gave me the apparment not thoroughly clean and screen door not working finally after 3 months of moving in they came to fix it after 3 months and calling office uncountable times.
