Dakota Towers Apartments

The Caretakers are fantastic the best I have ever had, Colleen and Bob are there when you have a problem and get things quickly . The building is taken Care of and in the Spring you may catch Colleen or Bob working in The Flower Bed's.

Home...that's what Bob and Colleen made us feel when I and my brother moved during the worst phase of our life, during his bone marrow transplant. They have been the biggest and purest blessings in our lives, from taking care of us to checking on us and motivating us through our battle. They comforted us as parents, loved us as friends, and motivated us as mentors when things were falling apart. Also, they maintain the building very beautifully, I have seen three seasons, but it was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Their help and responses to our queries were fast. The view and the location are the best. The Apartments and their team deserve much more than just a five-star review. We miss our home, its memories, and you all. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us.

Lived at this building for over a decade and have no complaints whatsoever Bob and Colleen are just great,helpful,kind,very easy to deal with. Location location location is what makes this building so great you literally dont need a car,you have everything walking distance (major banks,mall,grocery stores,schools,daycares,restaurants,gyms etc.) but if u do have a car theres underground parking and its such a luxury to have in winter 100% Plus suites are being renovated as ppl move out and you get brand new windows now so its a win win for new tenants. Thank you Colleen and Bob,its been absolute pleasure. Cheers

Have lived here for nine years. Nice building located at a great location. Perfect for new comers. Managers are very nice and cooperative who always addressed and solved the problems quickly.

My family has lived here in this apartment for 6 years and it's been nothing but having fantastic experiences. It's a great place to live in, Coleen and Bob are nice resident managers.
