Hubby and I have been here about a year and a half now. Tough move after being in a house for over 35 years but we love it ! Suites can use an update but the rooms are spacious, love having in-suite laundry (with great storage space) and although small we do enjoy having a balcony. Cassie at front office is awesome and extremely helpful. Sandy always friendly and smiling keeps the place clean and tidy and Brian (maintenance) is friendly, helpful and please keep him at this building. Nice having a Club Room to meet neighbors for coffee or play cards. Would be awesome to have a treadmill to use especially in winter. There are quite a few dogs in this building so maybe a dog wash would be amazing and much appreciated. Everything you might need (groceries, drugstore, clinic etc) is close by with some within walking distance.

I am writing this review today to thank Cassie our site manager who really listens and takes control whenever there is a complaint. I also wanted to thank Brian in maintenance who is so friendly and fixes anything that goes wrong in your apartment and then there's Sandi who keeps our buildings spotless. She is a wonderful person and friend to all of us. These three people deserve to be complimented and I thank them so very much.

Cassie is prompt with her response time, she will call for updates and send a follow up email regarding requests. The maintenance lady is friendly and keeps the building looking clean and tidy.

I would love it if there was a place for bike storage on the property. Have been here for 3 years and I do not have room for a bike in my apartment. It would be a wonderful addition for tenants.
