Creekside Terrace - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

Everyone should look at the bad reviews and take them seriously before considering moving into these apartments. The noise from units above and neigbours is always an issue. Nothing about this place is pet friendly, carpets are never a good idea. The dog run material just hurts your dogs paws. Another big issue is the snow clearing services after a storm, it never gets cleared(most of the time for days after a snow storm) which makes it impossible to get out of the complex. Would not recommend to anyone.

I moved here from a not so good living situation with my previous apartment. I did not have a bad experience here at all. The apartment was clean. Site manager Brandi was very kind and helpful the whole way through. I would rent with Broadstreet again.

My wife and I lived in the 220 block 2016-2018 but due to raising our nieces we needed a bigger place. But we are back same block just my wife and I. We have always been treated very well. For example 2 weeks ago washer motor was done. Within 24 hours of contacting maintenance, we had a brand new washer replacing the old . Special thanks to maintenance for the speed that this was done. Entering my 4th year at Creekside I wish to share how pleased I am with the office staff, particularly Brandi and Joey, Tyler and the others in maintenance and also Kanchala and the other cleaning staff. They are all very friendly and courteous and are quick to respond to any issues I have.
