        This building doesn't have any AC units and it is hard to live in summer. The access to laundry is not good. We need to climb via stairs at 9th floor with heavy laundry box. The location of this apartment is not safe at all. I lived here for 1 year.

        I know nothing about these suites - but - living in downtown Winnipeg, in my opinion, is dangerous. I lived there for 9 years and moved out this year - crazy crime and addiction everywhere.
