        I don't recommend! First, it's overpriced, you can definitely find good alternatives (rent or purchase) for the same price, that's why we're leaving after a short stay. Secondly, the Resident Manager, I have to agree with some people here saying bad things, our interactions were never pleasant, and the few times I needed, it felt like he was doing me a favor, instead of his job. The best thing about 300 Assiniboine, and what I'll miss the most, is the ice cream shop downstairs.

        Such a rude, unprofessional, angry doorman at reception. He should be there to help people and welcome them, not to harass. I hope Management will find someone else or ask the guy to work on his attitude.

        Poor management and poor build. You can hear every footstep and door slide from your upstairs neighbours. The heating system is outdated and extremely loud. Low quality finishings.
