    I'd like to make a few reviews on my experience with 33 Hargrave: 1. Place - the place is amazingly maintained, clean and the community is very friendly, everyone in the building is respectful. the view is AMAZING and clears out the stress throughout the day. 2. Leasing Team - when I 1st transacted with them Justin was our leasing agent, he is very accommodating after we move it he asked how our experience was 3. Property Management - Precious and Char, are helpful on any questions we have while living here, they welcome our Dog Jacko at every visit 4. Property Manager Lorraine Hemm - One of the most memorable experiences I had is with Lorraine, she was able to solve the problem in an instant and turned around a stressful situation to rainbows, and also made out of her way to ensure our move out was smooth, Thank you very very much for making our stay here convenient and stress free. 5. Maintenance Staff - All of them are always on their toes maintaining the building, also has smiles on their faces even on a very busy day. 6. Convenience store - In emergency cases there are grocery items available, its handy to have especially on winter days. 7. Elevators - I was stuck in the elevator once, but was responded in about 15 minutes. 8. Gym- always clean! 9. Dog area - clean as well, and has some doggie bags available to use Living here is an amazing experience, close to the forks, nice walk paths, at times safety is in question , but it's expected because we are in downtown. But overall, we had an amazing stay. Thank you Hargrave place! :)

    Too much bullying culture in the building on behalf of some tenants and maintenance staff. I will not be renewing my lease. This is housing, not a college campus but the internal culture of the building enables targeting of single women to be susceptible to harassment on behalf of other building residents and small businesses on the main floor. The strip along Assiniboine itself is unsafe, especially for a single female or vulnerable persons. Active vigilantes intimidate homeless patrons nearby at the riverside while also circling and harassing residents. If you are a single female, consider renting away from downtown as this area is not what it used to be.

    The suite is comfortable, and the most important aspect is the courteous and professional treatment I received from those who assisted me during the rental process. So far, I am extremely grateful.

    The experience overall was great with Hazelview Properties. Justin and Jessie were very respectful of their clients' time. They were able to answer my questions and went through the suite's specifications thoroughly. They guided me through the whole process of the application which made it quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend Hazelview to anyone who's looking for a new home!
