Colony Square - Hazelview Properties

I love living at Colony Square Apartments in downtown Winnipeg. My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything I need. The staff are the best part of living here as they are always kind, helpful, and quick to solve any problems or answer any questions. They make me feel like I belong here. The location is perfect for me, as I can walk to the U of W and many other places nearby. I am very satisfied with my decision to live at Colony Square Apartments! What a great place!!

Had a great experience with my leasing consultant, Shirlyn. Among all the rental apartments I was looking at, the team at Colony Square was by far the most receptive in addressing all my concerns and arranging a showing of the unit that I ultimately signed for.

I really liked the location of Colony Square since it's near the University of Winnipeg. I also like the facilities such as the pool and the gym. The building is pet-friendly and I know Colony Square has been recently renovated. I haven't moved in yet, but Shirlyn, who was the leasing agent, is the nicest and kindest person I've met during this process. She showed me all the facilities and the suite, besides she was so helpful and answered all my questions. I've had a nice experience so far.

I recently considered Colony Square as an option while searching for an apartment on a tight timeline. I must say that I was impressed with the spacious and well-maintained apartment that came with a great view of the city. Additionally, the building amenities such as the gym and swimming pool were a nice bonus. I would like to extend a special thank you to consultant Emma for her outstanding help and support throughout the entire process, from our first meeting to the apartment rental. Emma was a pleasure to work with - she was very pleasant, polite, and kind. She took the time to understand our needs and kept in touch with us throughout the process. Even after check-in, Emma has been there to answer any questions we have had. Her exceptional customer service has been greatly appreciated
