The apartment is very well located close to everything. supermarket schools. The building is very clean and tidy. Sheldom is a spectacular, always ready to support what you need. I recommend this place.

Just the other I got a cheque in the mail, surprisingly, it was the security deposit Sunrex sent back to me just after a month I left the apartment !!! Thank you Sheldon and Sunrex for turning it around so quickly! Marcos Santos

I've lived here for about a year in a two bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic; everything is incredibly accessible; the building is pet friendly; the neighborhood is nice; the unit itself is big; the building is quiet and well maintained; the common areas are vacuumed often, and the elevators are always spotless. One noteworthy aspect about this building is its resident manager, Sheldon, who ensured that everything was up to par. When I was moving in, Sheldon was there helping me every step of the way from answering questions to helping me fill out the necessary paperwork. Sheldon was very kind to me and always swiftly responded to any concerns I had during my stay. Sheldon treated every tenant with respect and made sure that everyone was happy. Sheldon goes so much out of his way that he even helped me get my car unstuck during a snowstorm. Overall, I would highly recommend renting here; the price is reasonable, and the management are wonderful folks who care about you.
