I've lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. Maria, the property manager, is a delightful and helpful person. She is very quick to respond and executes on any maintenance needs rapidly.

Living here for the year was an amazing experience for me, reason I moved here was because my sister used to live here and she loved it. Place is always clean, stores and the mall are close by (mostly walking distance) and they are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Maria, she is so kind and thoughtful. I have loved my time here and I definitely recommend it to others.

This is one of the worse places I have lived in. They repaved parking lot started Aug 8th we had to find parking on nearby streets till the end of August. They wouldn't refund our parking fee of $54 for the month we had to park on the street. Plus they are charging me $500 for wall damage. The wall damage was 2 little nails put to wall. Plus I was told I could move in 2 days early then they charged we $83 when I was told it would be waived Never rent from this company, very expensive, not at all sound proof, you can hear people on floor about walking, talking and when they are sick in washroom. I moved as soon as I could. I'd rate it -10

I moved out due to rusty water. After dealing with the rusty water including rusty particles for a month, I finally moved out even it costed me a lot of money (of course, lots of time and energy..). The condition was awful--All my friends and family were very worried about me for the full month because of my bad condition and moving issues during the pandemic. You can't imagine a life without a proper quality of water... The building manager "tried to" fix the issue, but it was just like "she did something she needed to do as a manager" (e.g., reported the issue to the property management company), I couldn't trust the manager and the company anymore. For example, one day, they visited my unit and changed the faucets, and... that was it (which is ridiculous). They tried to fix the issue a couple of times, but no improvement even after the full month of rusty water all the time (I still have all the video recordings and pictures showing the time, date, water quality). I talked to the city workers but they said they couldn't help me because the management company is "doing something" to fix the issue.. They didn't count the timeframe, which was very frustrating. That's why I finally decided to move out. I'm telling you, it was one of the most terrible experiences in my life... I understand the experience can vary (because I met many tenants happy with the affordable rent and good location), so I'm just sharing mine here. One thing that was very disappointing and frustrating was that they didn't compensate anything (like water bottles and faucet filters I bought during the weeks of horrible rusty water, etc.) and even didn't let me out of the lease. Don't gamble friends. I heard the building is very old and some of my neighbors in the building are using the water filter as a "must". Thinking back, I'm just telling myself, let it go, but I thought I could share my experience at least.
