Beautiful community perfect set up for what we needed but terribly ran havent been able to use my balcony or storage for a year and a half construction guys and bins always in my parking stall poor communication from office when needing us to have vehicles moved when I call to complain of people in my space they just say park somewhere else wich usually means the road on the other side of the complex from me even though I pay for my stall dont rent here save the headache I could list lots of issues lets not forget about the shooting too

Total dump since Shelter took over from ASH management. Incoming tenants are suddenly problematic noise/trouble makers. Garbage everywhere. Balcony maintenance lasting almost 2 years and still ongoing. Construction workers making lewd comments, leaving unsafe materials all over the place. Rude/indifferent office staff. Too bad, it used to be a lovely place to live. Now? Avoid.

There were quite a number of issues from when I moved in which I wasn't really used too (things broken, not clean etc), most of which have been fixed. Management has been courteous and I have yet to have any major complaints. The location is lovely and the atmosphere surrounding the suites are very nice aswell (quiet, big trees, open grass, playgrounds, pools & a basketball court), also there is a grocery store 1 minute away by walking which is a huge plus aswell. The construction for the balconies does seem like it's taking quite a bit of time for whatever reason though. Nonetheless, this is a very solid place and I look forward to staying here, if anything changes I will be updating my review.

Do not rent here! I was there for less than a year, moved out and never looked back. I've never been lied to so many times. They entered my suite without 24 hours notice even after promising they would not. Even left a mess behind that I had to clean. They didn't follow through on requests made. Construction workers and other random people always parking in my space that I pay for. When I called all 3 times, nothing is done, other than being told to park elsewhere. Previous tenants left it a mess and I left it cleaner than when I moved in. However they almost kept my damage deposit; I had to stand up for myself to get the full amount back. Sent 24 emails about getting paint to touch up the damage from the previous tenants. Never did get paint. Landlords don't seem to care about the tenants. The building structure is poor which creates air leakage and high Hydro bills. It's not worth the high rent. Vandalism on the walls, noisy neighbors, and landlords that lie. Not worth it.

Keep in mind that their NO PETS policy includes contained animals that dont leave their enclosures like goldfish and geckos, even if you have valid comprehensive tenant insurance. Really? Ive been renting for 10 years and have never heard of this in my life. Better not risk an eviction for a fish or gecko - look elsewhere!
