Very nice place, very close to school, walmart. Nice management. Manager Mr. Elvis Turkic was really nice person. Highly recommend this place.

Very convenient location near to school, collegiate, parks and shopping centres. Building manager Elvis is very professional and take care of any issue you may have. Rent is affordable. Spacious and big apartments. Secure building with security cameras installed. Gym is available. Big laundry. YES I will recommend this place to live.

Writing after staying since 4 months at Chelsea place 2 Overall very good & value for money with facilities like Gym Location awsome nearby St vital mall, walmart, schools and many more Special attraction green walk way apartment is surrounded by nature green Rrsidents are nice and Manager Elvis efficiently manages the overall affairs and so kind to Tenants in solving their issues Welll maintained

Good location, near the mall. But over the years this place has gone down hill. People shooting guns out the window and throwing bottles at cars smashing the windows on them. I was standing by my window and someone threw a bag of flour out the window, immediately a passersby sees me at my window and blames me, Seeing the direction of the bag you can clearly see it was not from my apartment window. None the less he called the cops on me And no investigation was done (I don't own flour BTW) , So I got the blame, I asked the manager if they have cameras watching the front parking area so I can be redeemed, but there are none. No cameras in the front or back parking areas. You can hear footsteps and banging everywhere, the walls and ceilings have poor sound barriers. When people have parties you can forget about sleeping. Price is maybe a bit high for what you get, but can say that about anywhere right now. The tap water has orange flakes in it be sure to boil and strain your water if you're planning on consuming. Shared water, so shower will randomly become too hot or too cold mid shower. The ventalation is poor, I can smell the cigarette smoke from my neighbor through the hollow walls. Elevators break down a lot.
