Unbelievable value for the price of the place. Having all utilities is just a bonus. Current landlord Ryan is extremely nice and friendly and has assisted to the best of his ability with any problems.

We were residents of Peppertee Estates and enjoyed living there. The reason we moved was because we are a retired couple who can't climb stairs any more and had to move to a building with an elevator. However, there is a new Resident Manager now and the residents there are very lucky to have him. His name is Shaun (can't remember his last name) but we give him a 5 start rating for the following reasons. He is always up and about taking care of the property, He is kind to tenants be they white, black or brown. He has even cracked down on illegal parkers using the building parking. Most of all we have noticed a vacancy rate of 20 vacant apartments month after month come down to a waiting list status. We used to watch him do all the "dirty" work under the previous resident manager for the last two years. We have nothing but high regards for Shaun. Peppertree Estates needed someone like Shaun and we wish him the best in his new position.
