Ancaster Gate Apartments

Has insuite laundry but has been broken since move in. managment has been terrible about giveing updates and after several faild fix attempts still will not replace unit. Have been haveing to start proceedings with the resedential tennacys branch to try and get somewhere on getting laundy. Completely shamefull for a "luxury" unit.

I recently had a maintenance issue in my unit, and I have to say I was extremely impressed by the prompt and professional response of the property administrator and their team. Not only did they quickly address the issue, but they were also very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. The technician who came to fix the issue was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job resolving the problem. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and support provided by the property administrator and their team. They clearly care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
