Hyde Park House

We've lived at Hyde Park House for almost 2 years, and we're so sad to leave! The on-site caretakers Wendy and Glenn are absolutely amazing, and so helpful with anything we've needed. The building is kept in great condition and we've never had any noise/sound related issues to others living in the building. Globe was great to deal with and handled the entire COVID situation very well and very professionally. All you need amenity wise is right out the front doors! We're going to miss this building!

Hi my daughter is coming back to wpg to live in the new year and I have the task of finding her a place.I am fussy and want clean safe quiet block for her and its not been easy to find, Until I went to Hyde park House on grant ave. Just walking into the lobby that was show room immaculate and met with the caretakers, who were the most friendly and informative by far. Anybody who walked by us always stopped to say hi to the caretakers, it was a great feeling, can't wait to bring my daughter here and show her the perfect apt.

We lived in these apartments for almost two years. The building is amazingly clean, quiet and no words are good enough to describe the AWESOME caretakers (Wendy and Glen). We did not face any issues during move in or move out as it was made as fluent and easy as possible by Wendy. I did not even see the face of the office of Globe Management as there was no need of the same in those two years. Wendy and Glen are always on top of each and every issue noticed or unnoticed by the tenant 24/7. They are easily accessible and never missed a call made or a VM left on their phones. Whenever we go to Grant Park Mall and if any of them are spotted we make it a point to say Hi. Property is well maintained by them and you can definitely enjoy staying there if you decide to. FYI- If you lock yourself out of the apartment/ building (I was well known to do the same), dont worry Wendy and Glen will always be there for your rescue
