The new tenant that is looking at subletting my apartment has been waiting 11 days for approval. He called me to see if I had heard anything from the managers. As you will find out, you will be more reliable than the managers. And I called WRE management 3 days ago to see where the application was at, I never received a phone call back. This has consistently been the issue with WRE Management. This is just one example of living at the hellish Tu-pelo Estates.

I would give this place a zero. The manager Stella is a LIAR and super unprofessional. The apartments are cheaply furnished and paint will chip if you touch or clean it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Stella will call and yell at you. And no one ever comes to ACTUALLY fix the problems in the suites..the outside may look nice but save yourself as the inside is horrible. NOT WORTH RENTING FROM FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. By the way the landlord will tell you the A/C costs money when in reality IT DOES NOT. USE IT. USE IT FOREVER IF YOU HAVE TOO. But please do yourself a favour and find another place. Stay away from Tupelo Estates and WRE Development in general. SAVE YOURSELF.
