Moved out because we were getting cigarette smoke in constantly from the neighboring suites throughthe vents. I also slipped and fell at the front entrance while carrying my baby because no one had come to salt the ice that formed. Washing machine also needs updating or better maintenance. It was good for the most part but got stains during a couple of loads. Only lasted 6 months.

I lived here for almost 3 years, facing the river and it is by far the most stunning view I have ever had for apartment living. Unfortunately I needed to move due to other personal circumstances but am so very grateful to have had this home and amazing neighbors over the last few years and through Covid-19 :). Kristen the property manager was an absolute joy to deal with. She was ALWAYS helpful, very quick to respond and deal with things when needed, very respectful, honest and always did her absolute best to get everything dealt with as efficient as possible. THANK YOU Kristin and the rest of your team. It was such a pleasure dealing with you! Wishing you all the best!

RENTER BEWARE shelter canadian is a horrible company in the short 2 years me and my wife lived here our rent was raised 300 dollars a month we thought it was to good of a price when we moved in and were right I could go on forever about the garbage this company pulls but would be a ten page review do your research before moving in with these liars you will hear nothing but horror stories like we found only after moving in wish I could give no stars STAY AWAY
