Strada Villa Apartments

Worst company I rented with. Predatory practices and surcharging tenants who cant defend themselves. Be very careful Reply to the your reply: Threatening to post picture of the unit to counter what I just wont work. I still have the signed sheet showing the apartment in good condition, but one thing which I have a problem with. A 1.5 inch scratch on the an old flooring that I had to lose my deposit on and pay more to fix. The year prior I lost my mailbox key and you guys charged me +$100 to get a replacement and that same year my TV was stolen and when we asked about the surveillance camera you guys said they didnt work. The only good thing about the building was the new manager that cleaned and made sure things ran smoothly.

The heart of this building is Teresa. She is very responsive and helpful. Location is amazing. Building is clean, the only problem is luck of amenities in the unit, no dishwasher and microwave.

Staying in this place is fine but at the end of lease dont expect any deposit back even after full cleaning

Clean building in a very convenient and prime location. The resident manager here, Teresa, is by far the best resident manager I've ever had to deal with. She is personable, extremely professional, always on top of matters, big or small, and deals with any concerns quickly. She maintains the building very very well and always keeps the place clean. She is very attentive to the needs of all tenants and truly cares about ensuring everyone is happy and comfortable here. I can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for the tenants. Would definitely recommend Stradavilla!!

I enjoyed living at Strada Villa apartments, the resident manager Teresa is very professional, And very responsive to all the tenants' needs. I would recommend Strada Villa, for its cleanliness and especially its location in Winnipeg.
