Parkside Plaza

Mostly seniors, so very quiet (except for the TVs hahaha). The folks who work here are very friendly and helpful. Whenever theres an issue, they post notices about it, so you know about them. The A/C could be better, but its not bad. Always warm in the winter too. Their main handyman is amazing. He always comes right away when something needs fixing or adjusting and he always does a great job. I really hope they pay him very well because he truly deserves it. Hes always busy. Their renovated suites are GORGEOUS, and a very good use of the kitchen space. The bathroom could use a medicine cabinet though.

I ADORE it here. The building manager is super welcoming and nice! The maintanience man is also super warm and such a pleasure to chat up! The complex is super tidy especially in hard times like this. The pool is refreshing and the sauna is kept clean. Suits are always checked to keep up to date for the safety of the occupant. Not only that, there's a walkway to go out for a walk and is close by cute stores. You are never far from a grocery store. Plus there's a bus stop right here too!
