        Dont buy or rent from here. They dont allow any noise at all ever and if you make noise they threaten to evict you. They discriminate against people and against children. They dont take care of the building but expect you to pay and get complaints every other week. They wont negotiate with you they will just try to force you out. If I could give it a zero I would.
