I have never dealt with so much trouble doing my laundry. Someone would leave their clothes for days, and the resident manager would not do a thing. The resident manager would lock the laundry door for two days, and the entire building would suffer. When the issue is brought to her attention, she does nothing. This place and the management are a joke. Spend your money somewhere else. Don't sign up for the troubles. Everyone deserves to do their laundry on time. Not to mention I had to go up and down two floors unnecessary several times just to check if they have fixed it or not. No communication at all from the management. They treat tenants like *you know what*

I am grateful to Michele, the new manager, for successfully addressing long-standing maintenance requests to the best of their ability.

It's a joke of a place. You make appointment and the resident manager never shows up, neither picks up the phone. Never returned the call afterwards. Don't know why they pay people to be this useless and unprofessional.
