        Highly recommended residence, Rent is genuine and most important thing is management is very professional. Building manager Reena is very supportive and friendly. Good neighbourhood and almost every store is at walking distance.

        Nice apts but their condition for rentals is minimum 30,000 per yr and a guarantor, not worth applying

        Quiet neighborhood, friendly tenants. We feel secure here. The caretaker/building manager Irina is so nice and responds to tenant's complains right away. The building is so well maintained and cleaned like 2-3x a week. No bedbugs or cockroaches
