Worst apartments, The guy named Gerry was so rude and never fixed anything damaged in the apartment. And the worst part when I had to leave the apartment. I gave notice about 2-3 months before and even I sublet my apartment to other guys but even after all this he refused to give me deposit. And when I left the apartment he kept calling me for more money saying that you broke this you broke that. The guys named Gerry who is property manager was very rude.

Meant to make a review long time ago but didn't have time. Place itself is nice for the price but landlord is horrible, doesn't respect boundaries. Frequently would use parking stall that I payed for as part of lease and tried to bully me into having my boyfriend on the lease due to him coming over maybe twice a week. This included him raising his voice and being verbally aggressive. I was a young girl living on my own who was a quiet and clean tenant and always payed my rent on time. Agree with other poster about the washing machines, they weren't very good. Had to go to the tenancy branch multiple times due to inappropriate behavior landlord's part. Not worth the cheap rent to live there, would never rent from owner again regardless of how nice a place might be. Would not recommend anyone rent from G&D properties.
