    Pros: quick to respond to inquiries and delivery, cheaper Cons: quality is okay and service isn't great. We bought a refurbished stove and got it delivered right away. Within 2 weeks we were having issues with the temperature gauge in the oven as the temperature of the oven wasn't reliable. I called in as we had warranty and was told to try flipping the breaker first because if we didn't, we would get charged for the technician visit regardless of our warranty coverage. Of course it didn't work. The tech showed up with a broken temperature gauge and just said "well, it looks fine" but didn't have working equipment to test and didn't intend to come back. The temperature in the oven isn't the most predictable and we got a oven thermometer to watch because it has gone as high as 70 degrees over what it should have been. It's usually more off in the 15-30 degree range. All in all, it's not horrible if you're needing a cheaper replacement appliance but if you're looking for something more long-term, I would recommend looking elsewhere, just from my experience.

    Have bought appliances here in the past they're always very helpful and their prices are cheap, just bought my third appliance and hopefully it will be as reliable as the first two that I bought.

    I don't recommend this place for any appliances. Bought a fridge from them the first one didn't even work so they came the next day to replace it and this one only lasted 5 months.. now I know why they only provide 90 days warranty. They don't even have a tech to come out and do any repairs and they expect you to bring the appliance back to their shop for repairs. Save your money and spend the extra and buy new from a reputable company. Gonna reply with this edit.. no they didnt try to accommodate me and try and work with me. They wanted me to go with out a fridge for a week because they couldnt send a tech out to fix it. When they clearly told me if I had any issues they would send someone out to fix it.
