Purchased a new washer/dryer after our dryer unexpectedly broke down. Dean was great to deal with. Quickly found a great option for us that was in stock and arranged for quick delivery. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products he sells.

Helpful staff - not pushy or overwhelming. Was able to help with my appliance purchase right away and respond to my specific requests. Great selection will return for future appliances.

We walked in today to buy appliances for our new home and was ready to spend $10,000. But after spending 30 min roaming around with no one greeting/helping us, as we were leaving the store dissatisfied with customer appreciation, an assistant came to us asking us 'How can he help us". But we left the store as there were 4 sales guys sitting in their chairs and no one even said a 'Hi' or came to help us. We took our business elsewhere and got a great deal. They should work on their customer service as they are not HOME DEPOT OR BIG Stores. They should take every customer serious and appreciate them.

They had the product we wanted and their price was competitive. Salesroom was fine, but that's not what sells me on a product. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone kept making lame jokes, like when he was waiting for his computer to open up, he said, "Let me see if I can wake up my girlfriend." Then at the end, he said, "My name is XXX if you want to come in and take care of me." I have had enough bad experiences with cocky salespeople who work on commission that it was a bit off-putting. I elected to pick up the unit myself, but their ware house was a bit hard to find, being the back part of a larger unit which is behind something else, etc. There was little signage indicating that this was the place, and the 'customer service' area I walked into looked like it had been banged together out of dirty scrap lumber yesterday. I couldn't back all the way up to the loading dock because the snow hadn't been properly cleared next to it. All in all, not an experience to inspire confidence.

The salespeople are very knowledgeable, and the receptionist in particular is incredible.
