I'd give less stars if it were possible. Completely useless organization staffed by the most unhelpful, unwilling and non-communicative people I think I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Instead of helping you with your request, their default response is to send you to some barely functioning government website with absolutely no direction whatsoever. They act as if the things you need help with are only possible through the website. their dirty little secret though is that they can actually help you with any registrations, payments etc. over the phone but they just don't want to. Everyone here needs to be fired. Overpaid, lazy government employees. Id like to see them last a day in the professions they are supposed to be helping people get training for.
