To show some decent respect I'm only giving this place two stars. My reasoning is I waited AN ENTIRE YEAR for a pair of mukluks. Plus I've had to triple sock just to keep any warmth in them. Don't get me wrong they're absolutely gorgeous but that's it. I understand the owner here might be going through some difficult situations, but this is no excuse to provide a winter boot that doesn't even do its basic job. Even communication throughout the entire year was horrendous, tried calling multiple times to ask about updates, but there no answer. Open ended promises were made and broken which I'm highly offended by. The big one that made me extremely upset was that my mukluks would be done guaranteed by the first snowfall. Well they weren't finish by the time it happened to say the least I was disappointed. Once I did get my mukluks, I thought it was a just me wearing them in and it'll be a bit cold for a bit. No, that's not the case. I've had them for a few weeks now and my feet freeze after 20 minutes of being outside. It's sad that these are suppose to be a gift but I sadly just have to look at them and not wear them since they don't do basic functions of a boot. Horribly disappointed.
