There are many great firefighters that have and continue to work for the City of Winnipeg. However, all members past and present are to be treated fairly and equally. A perception the union may promote but not true at all. Some of the U.F.F.Ws decisions havent always been in the best interest of its members. They arbitrarily choose who they help and to what degree, that is not a brotherhood, that's a discriminatory dictatorship. Hypocrisy and propaganda at its finest on many issues.

I think the organization is great and provides an important service; however they need to just ask for donations. Bought a coupon book to support them, and the vendors in it just ripped up the coupon and said it was no good there.
