Kailyn is such a huge pleasure! Not only she is still punctual during a snowstorm but also she solves my bill overpayment issue with efficiency. She simply knows what she is doing!

Grant location .. we are long time Members with The Credit Union . Recently there has been a change in staff.. unfortunately They are a very slow location so there usually is only one person with a branch supervisor.. we came in and had someone In front of us that had to deal with a Will .. which left 3 other members waiting including my mother.. we decided to leave and come back.. upon returning there was only one customer and the teller was taking care of her and said the supervisor is available.. I went to her and she said impatiently Im busy once again we were put on hold.. so I said thats ok we will go to the other bank! We walked out . This woman came running out after us.. very rudely trying to justify . Her position.. we just turned around and said we will go to the main branch.. She said there are other members that need attention .. the bank only had 1 member at the tellers.. She went back into the bank yelling in the bank and I happened to follow her into the bank! I tried to ask her if she understood how to treat customers with respect.. and she started yelling and told me to GET OUT OF THE BANK!!! I told her that she will lose her job with an attitude like that! Remember its our money that keeps the credit union in business .. this person has no business working with the public! Tried to contact management so far no response! Maybe when we close our account they will respond! NOT A HAPPY MEMBER !

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Have helped me with many banking situations such as my mothers estate & my business activities. Will be sticking with them.
