        A terrible experience with Scotiabank Bridgewater Branch. The advisor, Vish Sharma is incompetency. The attitude of man who speaks Mandarin was rude. If negative rating is applicable, I'll give them "-".

        By far the best branch I have been to so far. I was having some difficulty with online banking and a customer service specialist, Beatrice, spent nearly an hour with me and Scotiabank (on the phone) to get my online banking up and running. The Kenaston branch in comparison dismissed the issue and told me to call Scotiabank myself, of course when I called Scotiabank they told me to visit a branch as it was just that type of issue. Thank you very much guys, Ill definitely be using you guys as my main branch from now on

        I was in hurry and this is the only branch open 7pm in winnipeg . The lady name karman cheung was super kind and helped me alot she really deserve promotion , must say lady is Gem for scotia bank
