I booked my appointment with Rochelle and she was incredible, glad that she was the one who helped me today. If youre Indigenous and looking for a comfortable banking experience where you feel safe and get good service, this is the branch for you.

        Went to this branch to make a payment. They failed to process the payment, which made my payment late. They are yet to process the payment, but wont give me my money back either. I asked for the Branch Manager to call me and that is yet to happen. Worst banking experience of my life.
