Have had to continually deal with this bank for over the course of 2 years and flat out frustrated how they manage to lose signatures and documents, called every month for a year and never got an updates, until a year later they told me they don't have my documents anymore and that I would have to come back in with people who have since moved on - hence coming in to do a signing change more than once. No one ever emailed or called me back after my signing appointment to switch authorized signatures on our account. Super unprofessional, TD as a whole, is just frustrating to deal and can't seem to help complete a simple task.

I went to deposit a large amount of cash in the drive thru atm. It couldnt count one hundred dollar bills and ate my money and then asked me to type in the amount of my deposit instead of returning the cash. I was on the phone for over an hour at 4 am in the morning. Now they are investigating my transaction which will take upto 5 business days. Uggghhh what a nightmare. I cant even call anyone at the branch because their phone line is so convulatec. Your calls go into a vortex and never get answered.!!!!
