TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I've been with td bank for more years then Id like to admit. Today I had an experience with a young male teller that was extremely disappointing. His attitude was these are the banks rules and if i don't like them that's just to bad. Completely indifferent and impersonal. He may have been correct but his arrogant manner was offensive. Now if I have some banking to I will do it on line, I'm going to look at a credit union. I'm going to look at transferring my savings some where people talk to each other with common decency..

Offered me a new credit card, to which I said yes. Asked me to pay off balance on card before they give me new one, thats fair so I paid it off. Few months later, I get a call that I still have a balance on a card that was closed and I owe them money. They confirmed card was closed but still had a balance. Anyway I squared it off with their call center. I also took at hit on my credit, which I could have been prevented had I known that I had a balance. I didnt receive any notices for my balance because this card was closed. When I tried numerous times to get a hold of the bank rep, no response. Amazing service. Im glad this isnt my primary bank. I almost considered unifying my accounts. Unacceptable. Am considering switching to other bank.

they just got this new thing where if you try to buy something online they need a one time pass code they say its a one time but every time I buy something online they ask for this code as I don't have text messaging it is really hard for me to buy anything online then I call in to talk to someone these people are never open or you go in and they are very dirty people and talk to you like you are nothing and don't help at all and tell you there is nothing we can do about this its are bank that does it we cant change that yet I have been here for years and this is the 1st time i ever got this but keeps happening for every buy I do online i am done with this bad bank I'm going to RBC they treat you better there and bank fees are cheaper
