Sunova Credit Union & drive through ATM

Im not sure why management allows an employee to bring her kids in the office. Ive come by twice in the past couple of weeks and theres 2 kids running and screaming in the bank. This isnt a daycare and its extremely unprofessional. Not sure why access allows this

The staff I have dealt with have been relatively nice. Now that they have switch to Access i will be changing my banking over. They are close on Saturdays when working people need them the most. They dont usually answer the phones. I have nothing but issues with Access as the whole from basic needs to messing up my taxes for my mortgage.

the east Indian lady or hindi? is rude! i had a few people come in with me but seconds after each of us had government cheques and some cheques from work and personal cheques...i text my other friend that was east Indian with a personal from me and no questions she cashed it for him lol im native canadian Indian my friend gave me a high five as we laughed at her because the manager see it all respect! she cashed all $24,000 all together for the miss treatment im sorry ann but i think we are closing and moving banks....2011-2022
