highly recommended! very professional, service was quick and painless. had to get hearing tested prior to ent appointment. had looked elsewhere and the booking times were 3 weeks down the line (January and February 2023) that wasnt going to happen. came across Amplifon Hearing Clinic and Robin (receptionist) booked me in right away. Hannah (audiologist) took me in and conducted the required tests and results were sent off with you once completed hearing test. thanks again!

Whilst traveling to the Winnipeg Folk Festival from Minnesota my hearing aid charger was damaged whilst boating on the Gitche Gumee, it got soaked. We pulled into town in search of a French bistro when I spotted a sign, "The Hearing Center". I thought to myself "you won't know if they can help you if you don't ask", so I pulled into the parking lot, went in and started with, "I have a weird/random request". Turns out this wasn't weird or random at all and I was not the first to ask! They didn't sell my brand of charger, but they did have one onsite for staff use and offered to loan it to me for the 4 day fest if I could return it on Monday! The Lisa Reid Audiology staff was so kind and they even replaced the microphone cover on my left aid. They summed the visit and experience up best when they said, "Welcome to Canada". I highly recommend supporting this business.
