        Went above and beyond for my grandmother and family. I showed up 20 minutes late for an appointment to see if they could fix a hearing aid (I wrote down the wrong time in my calendar) and they still managed to fit me in. They contacted the hearing aid manufacturer and eventually were able to fix the hearing aid (saving us a large amount of money). Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professional service. Highly recommend :)

        Went there for a couple of tests and even though I don't need hearing aids, I received a lot of good information from their staff. They were friendly and very helpful!

        Unfortunately they're more concerned with offering financing options to get your $$$ than addressing your concerns. Costco,yes they have hearing centers will literally save you thousands on a pair of hearing aids and no I am not affiliated with them in any way.
