        Great service and a great help in dealing with broken windows and autopac and they cleaned up the broken glass and sealed the broken while waiting for the fix

        Honestly the worst Boyd Ive been to. The customer service is really bad and the guy yelled and talked down to me. The manager is not very good at communicating or has very good customer service skills. Plus he tried to get a quick buck from me as I was going into them for an mpi claim which they do not make much off of. Almost got scammed and ripped off by them also when my bushings actually didnt need to be replaced. Luckily I found another shop who took my vehicle in asap, they had great customer service and wasnt ripping me off the way this Boyd tried to. Honestly could be a better shop if you get rid of the manager or give him some training in how to talk and deal with people. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Only will go to boyd on Pembina by the u of m or the shop I went to now. Service: Body & Trim
