        Disappointed at lack of communication. Claim papers delivered 30 days ago, no phone calls, upon following up I was told they had not ordered parts and have a 90 day backlog to even look at the vehicle. I have used Birchwood in the past with many other vehicles, seems they have moved away from a customer focus model.

        I drop my vehicle after 2 months waiting list to fix ONLY front bumper. It took me more than 1 week to fix and now they ask me wait for next week to have my vehicle back. How good they are???
