I had my van repaired a few months ago at Boyd on lakewood, and was happy with the repair work done and the free courtesy car provided. I called today again to try to book another appointment for repair, but was told no courtesy car would be guaranteed after speaking to the receptionist for over 10 minutes. Quite disappointed.

Unfortunately have to leave a bad review after receiving the most poor service of anywhere I have ever been, I took my car to Boyd on Lakewood blvd back in April for some repairs from floor damage from the winter before, they had my car for 2 months and returned it at that time as some parts were delayed, understandable, they returned my car in early July then called me 2 weeks later saying all the parts came in, now being December 16th 2022, no car yet, so many excuses, from finding other stuff needed to be done to subletting to another shop, giving a completion date finally of November 30th, now saying there welder had broke down and the tech needs training? Hmm he s should know how to weld, now to the store Manager not returning my calls and ignoring me, called last week hjes on holidays, called Monday and talked to her she said she would call me back by the end of the day, no call back. Called yesterday she's in a meeting and I was told she would call me back in halk an hour, no call back, I tried calling back and no answer now, I know they have caller ID, I had to come down to leaving the worst review I ever had to, This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with, on top of that I'm paying my regular insurance on my vehicle for the 8 months of the year I have not used my car, then paying extra insurance of $78 a month for rental insurance. On top of THAT I could not make it to mpi for the extra insurance for 1 week because I live in a rual area. Someone backed into the door in a parking lot, 100% they fault but being a parking lot it's 50/50., so I had to pay the $750 deductible and The down time of the car of another $1200, hope you can feel my frustration, DON'T EVER USE BOYD AUTOBODY MY Warning Service: Body & Trim
