CROWN Autobody & Glass North

Definitely do not take your vehicle here! Purchased a vehicle from Crown that had had some autobody work done to it. It's been in the shop twice for major repairs since I've bought it to fix the poor job done by Crown autobody. Had to pay out of pocket to fix mistakes made by them resulting in permanent rust damage internally. Reached out to them by phone and email on multiple occasions over months and never received a response. Do not use Crown Honda!

Been waiting almost two months for an autobody repair on a Honda Ridgeline. No updates from them. They don't answer the telephone during business hours and I get redirected to the Honda dealership. Avoid this place at all costs; I should have gone with another autobody repair.

Fantastic service, they quoted a certain time and got my vehicle back to me before the deadline! Also, I asked about a tiny rock chip unrelated to what I was getting repaired and they gave me the paint pen solution to fix it myself, for free! A+ service from these ladies and gentlemen. Oh, they also detailed the inside of my car which was a very nice surprise.
