        Staff was very rude, not explained everything

        I wish i could give him zero star, i went there at 26 august and the guy didnt explain me my instalment date and policy coverage nothing.,, mpi took money from my account 26 and 31 august two times,, and bank charged me 50$extra for not keeping enough fund .He should explain me that. Even he didnt take 7$ for license plate number later I noticed what a terrible service, all the time he was sneezing and again touching my plates number which was very uncomfortable situation.
