        Horrible experience with a staff member. They need to give their staff sensitivity training. I was dealing with an imminent death situation that had already been explained. The woman was simply horrid. Questioning why my brother had a girls name. The conversation was unbelievable and she had a complete lack of empathy and compassion. Worst experience in dealing with an insurance company,
