        Worst place to buy parts, and especially if you need to return something - good luck. Nobody wants to do their job at this place and Ill never recommend it to anyone. Im now out $120 over a gasket that I tried to return but wasnt to over a piece of paper it came with. Maybe if the counter staff did their job then I wouldve been informed about the gasket being a final sale before I bought the dang thing. As a mechanic Ill be doing my best to steer people away from this place.

        Staff, as always, helpful and friendly. Just need to get their order desk a bit more organized. I have an account with them so I can pre-order online. This time, there was no call saying my parts were ready for pickup. Go in, and the front people were not aware that an order had been placed 4 days prior. This time, I was lucky, and they had the parts in store. As of March 15, 2023, prices have almost doubled for parts. What's going on, Napa
