        staff is very rude with customer. they not listen the custmer views. i bouht a lug nut for my car and they gave me wrong. when i tried to install that was not proper fit. and my car boult is damage. after that i was go to back store. but they were not listen me.

        Kinda disappointed with the regent ave. Location as they had ordered in the wrong parts on 2 separate occasions & when I returned the one part,they had asked if I could not tear the box when returning a part..Might I add it was a passenger side cv axle I needed & they ordered the driver side..I let them know how I felt about their comment by stating I am losing 2 days work becuz if the incorrect order & having to borrow a vehichle to pick up,return & pick up again hopefully tge correct axle..So really,I'm sorry a flap on the box was torn..
