Unfortunately clueless employees. Called in to ask about a tool, described it in great detail to make sure we were on the same page. Drove in from an hour out of town to find out they in fact did not understand what we were asking for and did not have what we needed. I'm not expecting a genius to answer the phone but I'm expecting someone who can at least use Google if they don't understand or know something. The only thing you need is a pulse to be hired here apparently.

Wow is all I can say regarding the over the top costumer service I have received and problem resolution with my car/car parts. A huge thank you to Andy the Manager at this location as he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied costumer. Most definitely will recommend anyone and everyone in need of parts and or car accessories to give this place a visit as I know based off experience you will be accommodated.
